Note: While excessive urinary frequency is common with increasing age, it is not directly caused by aging itself, but most likely because of accumulated dampness toxins. This formula is unlikely to help with conditions involving urinary pain or a weak kidney. As to the prostate issues, some cases worked, but need two boxes or more. This product may help warm muscles local to the prostate.

How this formula works from a Chinese Medicine perspective

Muscles of the internal organs like the bladder are more easily affected by emotions than muscles of other body parts like the arm or leg. Different emotion link with different organ. You hardly control the respond of bladder with emotion, just as it is hard for one to manage his heart beating pattern. Overly tense ( stressed ) bladder muscles cannot hold water and then result in frequency. In nature, water pooled on the road will evaporate faster in the sun. If there are thick clouds, radiation will be reflected, the ground will cool down, and evaporation will slow down too. In the human body, accumulated toxins(dampness) play the same role as thick clouds by slowing down internal water circulation. The more toxins you have, the less water will be circulated. This can cause you to go to the toilet more frequently, or to retain fluid in the body. The effect is to relieve sensitive muscles by warming them after cleaning dry dampness in the water circulation system to let body return to normal water metabolism.
